Job Description: Looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our outside sales team, selling solar systems to homeowners in their homes. Previous solar sales experience is a plus. Sales experience is required.

Location: Approximately 80 mile radius from Manteca, CA
Position Type: Full-Time and Occasional Weekends
Compensation: Commission only, uncapped. On Target First year earnings – $100,000


• Sale of residential solar electric systems
• Acquire leads through prospecting in assigned territories, outbound marketing/lead campaigns, networking opportunities, referrals, and the occasional incoming phone and web inquiries
• Making initial client contact, unless provided a company lead
• Analyze electrical usage and provide solar evaluations
• Generate and deliver sales proposals in prospect’s homes
• Deliver and execute final contracts
• Manage and support customer for life and constantly earning new referrals

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales prospecting, negotiation and closing experience
• Experience in solar highly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce applications
• Google SketchUp experiences a plus
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented (must love to sell!)
• Strong analytical skills
• Professional demeanor and attire
• Ability to work in and out of the office Monday through Friday up until 7:00 pm or later if needed and occasionally weekends
• Must have a clean DMV record and be able to pass background check
